Belinda Gower

Belinda has been practicing Pilates for over twenty five years and teaching for more than ten. She was first drawn to Pilates for its grace, precision, and fluidity. To her, it was a truly beautiful and purposeful way to move. But what hooked her the most was the way it made her feel—elongated, relaxed, and pain free. It was better than a runner’s high but without the low back pain the next day. From first try, she was addicted.

Belinda is certified by Balanced Body in Mat Pilates, Reformer and and Barre. She holds 4 additional barre certifications from Boston Body, Booty Barre, Tracey Mallet’s Booty Barreless and Suspension Barre. Belinda is known for using the right cues at just the right time. She enjoys helping clients find muscles they never knew they had and seeing them grow taller and stronger before her eyes. One of her favorite parts of teaching is pairing her moves to really good music. She is proud to say that one client claims that her class was the fastest hour of her life.

kat rogers

Kat was first introduced to Pilates in her off season of swimming in College. She loved the way it built her core strength for training and helped with her alignment. Pilates changed the way she moved through water and her everyday life.

Kat pursued her career in Pilates shortly after College, and she has been teaching for over 10 years. She is Comprehensively certified through Balanced Body Pilates. She holds other certifications by Tracey Mallet in Booty Barre and Booty Barreless. Kat’s classes reflect her athleticism and quiet drive. Don't be fooled by her gentle demeanor— her classes will push you to a whole new level of fitness and body awareness.

Denise Carleton

Denise was introduced to pilates reformer while in physical therapy for back pain 18 years ago. She quickly went from one reformer session per week to three and took other pilates-based classes on other days. She loved the way pilates made her body feel and wanted to share that with others. She went through the Balanced Body comprehensive program under Nora St John, one of the founders of Balanced Body, in Walnut Creek CA. Over the years, she’s enjoyed learning from other Balanced Body, Stott and classical instructors. She loves working with clients of all levels in both private and group settings. She finds it most rewarding to see her clients gain strength, flexibility and confidence from their commitment to their Pilates practice. She’s certified in both apparatus and mat and holds a certification in barre from BarSculpt

marget dunn

Margaret first discovered Pilates while dealing with neck, low back, and shoulder pain caused by other forms of exercise. From her very first session, she knew she had found the perfect path to wellness, allowing her to strengthen her body and stretch without the risk of further injury.

She continued her Pilates practice through fertility treatments, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. Pilates played a vital role in restoring her pelvic floor and abdominal strength after the birth of her twins.

Margaret is a Balanced Body Comprehensive Certified Instructor with additional certifications in Balanced Body Pilates Mat and Integrated Movement. With over seven years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping others experience the same transformative benefits in their own Pilates journey.
