Barre Classes

Cardio Barre (50 minutes)

Not a muscle will be missed in this 50 minute high energy class! Class begins with a center floor warm-up to wake up your muscles and joints before the real work begins. Grab some light weights for a high repetition arm series designed to tone and strengthen your arms and upper back. Move to the barre for a variety of lengthening exercises to work your inner and outer thighs, booty and abs. End on the mat with more ab and glute work. Modifications can be made for beginners and injuries. Leave feeling energized for your day ahead! All levels are welcome!

mat Classes

Suspension Barre / TRX (50 minutes)

This class utilizes suspended resistance straps to challenge your balance, strength and stamina to the max. Using straps is an excellent way to improve your upper back strength and improve your posture and game (whether it’s golf, swimming, or tennis… you name it!). The instability of the strap (versus a stable barre) forces your core and entire body to work double-time to stay balanced, aligned and focused! No prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome!

Arms, Abs and Booty (45 minutes)

Get it all done in 45 minutes! This energizing mat class will lengthen and strengthen your arms, core and glutes using light weights, a ball, a mat and other fun props like sliders. The barre will also used for that booty-lifting chair pose and other barre favorites. This class combines multiple fitness modules such as traditional Mat Pilates, Barre and Weight Training to provide an effective full-body workout. All levels are welcome!

Group Reformer Classes

All Levels Reformer (50 minutes)

This class is designed for clients looking for a mindbody approach to a reformer workout. This does not mean it’s easy! This deliberately paced class focuses on mindbody awareness to help clients let go of overburdened muscles and joints. You will learn to "release into alignment” while toning and strengthening your entire body and improving your posture. Targeted cueing and core-focused exercises will help you wake up your deepest abdominal muscles, alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain. Leave class feeling an inch taller!

*prerequisite: An Introductory Private Session or previous experience on a Reformer. Clients cannot attend any group classes without using a Reformer before. Grip Socks are required for admittance to a reformer class.

Athletic Reformer (50 minutes)

This class is for the experienced Reformer client who enjoys the challenge of moving fluidly through intermediate and advanced exercises with high repetitions. The focus is on strengthening, toning and elongating the entire body while improving balance and flexibility. Be prepared for inversion work such as Short Spine, Long Spine or Parrakeet. Get strong to compete better in your favorite sport such as golf, tennis or running. Leave class feeling like a superhero!

*prerequisite: ample experience on a Reformer! Not recommended for those with spinal fusions or nursing injuries. Grip Socks are required for admittance to a reformer class.

cardio Reformer (50 minutes)

Looking to take your Reformer class up a notch? Try this high energy, heart-pumping class that will get you sweating! Multiple accessories and props such as the jump board, weights and resistance bands will be used to amplify your strength and endurance. Intermittent cardio boosts such as lunges, squats and jumps will be tossed in to get your heart rate up even more.

*This class is not recommended for those recovering from knee, back or neck injuries.

Private Reformer

Intro Private Reformer (60 minutes)

Intro Private sessions are for clients who have never used a reformer before. In this one hour session, clients work privately with an instructor to get acquainted with the Reformer and their bodies — either to prep to join group classes or to continue on with private lessons. Learn to work in “neutral spine” so that you can effectively activate your deepest core muscles. Work toward gaining the abdominal strength needed to alleviate back pain, improve posture, balance and flexibility.

Private Reformer (50 minutes)

Private sessions are tailored to clients specific needs and goals. In this one-one-one session, instructors will work closely with clients to help address injuries, misalignments, muscle weakness and other issues. Clients should expect a highly focused exercise regiment designed for their unique body.
